Chamber Seeks Nominations for Citizen of the Year Award
 
The Greater Mount Airy Chamber is now seeking nominations for the 2015
Citizen of the Year Award. This honor is presented each year by the Chamber
at their Annual Meeting in January. The deadline for nominations is 5pm
Wednesday January 13, 2016.
 
Nominees should have clearly demonstrated leadership and hard work,
that have made Mount Airy and Surry County a better place to live and work.
Nomination forms and an outline of the criteria are available by contacting the

The Citizen of the Year has been presented each year, for the past 53 years,
by the Chamber, starting in 1962. The 2014 Citizens of the Year honoree was
