The Chamber is reorganizing a Public Policy Committee! Do you keep up with local issues? Do you have an interest in local and state government? Are you concerned about who is stewarding our business community? If your answer is YES, please join us for the first Public Policy Committee meeting on February 10th.
Part of the Chamber’s strategic plan is to be an advocate for our business community. The Public Policy Committee will meet monthly to discuss the current issues at the local, state, and federal levels of government. We will bring in the experts to help us understand how these issues affect business. This group will also host candidate forums and visit our legislators in Raleigh, NC. The committee is open to any member of the Greater Mount Airy Chamber of Commerce.
Please note that this group will be a bipartisan effort. We will not align with any party and will not endorse candidates.
