Altitude Academy? is an in-house training and apprenticeship program designed to train, mentor, and inspire the skilled professionals of tomorrow. Altitude Academy is more than just a training program. It?s a launchpad for lifelong careers, where students gain classroom instruction, hands-on experience with real equipment, and guidance from seasoned mentors. And unlike traditional education paths, apprentices are paid while they learn?earning a living as they build skills that last a lifetime.

Foothills Young Professionals Lunch & Learn - A Seat at the Table (April 2026)
A Seat at the Table: Strategic Conversations on Influence, Impact, and Advancement Join us for an engaging Lunch & Learn focused on mentorship, career growth, and the resources available to support rising professionals in our community. This event brings together emerging leaders, experienced professionals, and community partners for meaningful conversation and connection. The program will feature keynote speaker Ben Griffin, General Manager of Altec in Mount Airy, along with mentorship and resource breakout sessions and networking opportunities with peers and community leaders.
